Abraham was a community in himself devoted to God and true in faith, He was not one of the polytheists; 120 Grateful for His favors; He chose him and guided him on the right path. 121 And We gave him goodness in this world; and indeed in the Hereafter he is worthy of proximity. 122 Afterwards We revealed unto thee: follow thou the faith of Ibrahim the upright; and he was not of the associaters. 123 The Sabbath was appointed only for those who differed concerning it, and lo! thy Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that wherein they used to differ. 124 Call to the Path of your Lord with wisdom and fine admonition. Dispute with them in the best manner. Your Lord is well aware of those who have gone astray from His Path and He is well aware of those who are guided. 125 And if ye chastise, then chastise with the like of that wherewith ye were afflicted, and if ye endure patiently, then surely it is better for the patient. 126 Exercise patience and let it be only for the cause of God. Do not be grieved about them nor disappointed at their evil plans. 127 Indeed, Allah is with those who fear Him and those who are doers of good. 128
