And We have certainly diversified [the contents] in this Qur'an that mankind may be reminded, but it does not increase the disbelievers except in aversion. 41 Say: "If there were - as some people assert [other] deities side by side with Him, surely [even] they would have to strive to find a way unto Him who is enthroned on His almightiness!" 42 Glory be to Him! Exalted above all that they say! 43 The seven heavens, the earth, and whosoever in them, exalt Him. There is nothing that does not exalt with His praise, but you do not understand their exaltation. Surely, He is Clement, Forgiving. 44 When you recite the Quran, We place an invisible barrier between you and those who do not believe in the Hereafter. 45 And We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness. And when you mention your Lord alone in the Qur'an, they turn back in aversion. 46 We are fully aware of what they wish to hear when they listen to you; and what they say when they converse in private; and when the wrongdoers say, "You are only following a man who is bewitched!" 47 See what they compared you to. They have surely gone astray and cannot find a Path. 48 'What' they say. 'When we are (turned to) bones and broken bits, shall we be raised again in a new creation' 49 Say: 'Let you be stones or iron, 50 ۞ or any other substance which you think unlikely to be given life." Then they will ask, "Who is it that shall restore us to life?" Answer them, "He who created you the first time." They will then shake their heads at you and say, "When will that be?" Say, "It may well be very soon." 51 on the Day when He will call you and you will rise praising Him in response to His call, and you will believe that you had lain in this state only for a while." 52
