On the day when We shall summon all men with their record, whoso is given his book in his right hand - such will read their book and they will not be wronged a shred. 71 And whoever is blind in this, he shall (also) be blind in the hereafter; and more erring from the way. 72 They indeed sought to entice you away from what We revealed to you, hoping that you might invent something else in Our name; and then they would have accepted you as a close friend. 73 Had We not strengthened your faith you might have relied on them some how. 74 In that case We would have made you taste a double anguish of life and a double anguish of death, and then you would not have been able to find a helper against Us for yourself. 75 They very nearly provoked you to drive you out of the land, but they would have only lingered for a little while after you. 76 (This was Our) way with the messengers We sent before thee: thou wilt find no change in Our ways. 77
