Say your prayer when the sun declines until the darkness of night and also at dawn. Dawn is certainly witnessed (by the angels of the night and day). 78 And in some parts of the night (also) offer the Salat (prayer) with it (i.e. recite the Quran in the prayer), as an additional prayer (Tahajjud optional prayer Nawafil) for you (O Muhammad SAW). It may be that your Lord will raise you to Maqaman Mahmuda (a station of praise and glory, i.e. the highest degree in Paradise!). 79 Say: 'Lord, grant me an entrance of sincerity and an exit of sincerity, and give me from Yours a victorious power' 80 And say: "Truth has come and falsehood nullified." Verily falsehood is perishable. 81 THUS, step by step, We bestow from on high through this Qur'an all that gives health [to the spirit] and is a grace unto those who believe [in Us,] the while it only adds to the ruin of evildoers: 82 When We do favors to the human being, he disregards it and turns away from it. When evil afflicts him, he becomes despairing. 83 Say: "Everyone acts in a manner peculiar to himself - and your Sustainer is fully aware as to who has chosen the best path." 84
