Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 So do not be impatient for them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him); We are only completing their number.* (* The number of days left for them or their evil deeds.) 84 The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, 85 and the criminals will be driven and thrown into hell, 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 Verily He encompasses them and has counted them all. 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
