Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, 85 And drive the wicked into Hell like cattle driven to water, 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from (Allah) Most Gracious. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 whereat the heavens might well-nigh be rent into fragments, and the earth be split asunder, and the mountains fall down in ruins! 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 Therefore, We have revealed the Qur'an in your tongue and made it easy to understand that you may give glad tidings to the God-fearing and warn a contentious people. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
