Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So make no haste against them; We only count out to them a (limited) number (of the days of the life of this world and delay their term so that they may increase in evil and sins). 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 And We shall drive the Mujrimun (polytheists, sinners, criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, etc.) to Hell, in a thirsty state (like a thirsty herd driven down to water), 86 On that Day none will have the power to intercede for them except those who received a sanction from the Most Compassionate Lord. 87 They say: "God has begotten a son." 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin, 90 Due to their ascribing of an offspring to the Most Gracious. 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 Verily, He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting. 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
