And they ask you about the mountains. Say: My Lord will carry them away from the roots. 105 and leave the earth level and bare, 106 wherein thou wilt see no crookedness neither any curving.' 107 On that Day all will follow the summoning voice from which there is no escape; and all voices will be hushed before the Lord of Mercy, and nothing will be heard except a subdued murmur. 108 On that day no intercession shall avail, except the one for whom the Most Beneficent (Allah) has given permission and whose word is acceptable to Him. 109 He knows what is before them and hidden from them, but they cannot grasp it with their knowledge. 110 ۞ (All) faces shall be humbled before (Him) - the Living, the Self-Subsisting, Eternal: hopeless indeed will be the man that carries iniquity (on his back). 111 And whosoever worketh of the righteous works, and is a believer, he will not fear wrong or begrudging 112 That is why We have sent it down as an eloquent Qur'an, and explained in different ways the intimidations through it that they may haply take heed, or perhaps it may lead them to contemplate. 113 [Know,] then, [that] God is sublimely exalted, the Ultimate Sovereign, the Ultimate Truth and [knowing this,] do not approach the Qur'an in haste, ere it has been revealed unto thee in full, but [always] say: "O my Sustainer, cause me to grow in knowledge! 114 We had commanded Adam before, but he disregarded it: We found him lacking in resolution. 115
