The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 Until when Ya'juj and Ma'juj are let out, and from every mound they are trickling down. 96 when the true promise of God draws near, those who denied the truth will stare in amazement, crying, "Woe to us! We have been so heedless of this. Indeed, we were wrongdoers." 97 You and what you worship instead of God will be fuel for hell: to it you shall all come -- 98 Had these been gods, they would not have come to it and all shall abide therein. 99 For them therein shall be groaning and therein they shall not hear. 100 [But,] behold, as for those for whom [the decree of] ultimate good has already gone forth from Us these will be kept far away from that [hell]: 101 they shall be, kept far from it neither shall they hear any whisper of it, and they shall dwell forever in that their souls desired; 102 The Great Terror shall grieve them not, and the angels will meet them: this is Your Day which ye were ever promised 103 And (remember) the Day when We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books, as We began the first creation, We shall repeat it, (it is) a promise binding upon Us. Truly, We shall do it. 104 Before this We wrote in the Psalms, after the Message (given to Moses): My servants the righteous, shall inherit the earth." 105 Verily there is a message in this for people who are devout. 106 We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples. 107 Say: 'It is revealed to me that your God is One God, do you then surrender' 108 Then if they turn away, proclaim, “I have proclaimed a war against you on equal terms; and what do I know whether the promise which is given to you, is close or far?” 109 Surely He knows what is spoken openly and He knows what you hide; 110 I think that this [reprieve] is possibly a trial for you, an opportunity to enjoy yourselves until an appointed time." 111 He saith: My Lord! Judge Thou with truth. Our Lord is the Beneficent, Whose help is to be implored against that which ye ascribe (unto Him). 112
