The Believers (Al-Mu' minoon)
118 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Prophets (Al-Anbyaa') before Prostration (Al-Sajdah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Certainly will the believers have succeeded: 1 those who humble themselves in their prayer, 2 who turn away from idle talk; 3 those who pay the zakat; 4 And those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 5 except with their wives, and what their right hands possess -- for then they are free from blame, 6 As for those who seek beyond that, they are transgressors" 7 (Prosperous are those) who preserve their trusts and pledges 8 And those who are watchful of their acts of prayer. 9 Those are the inheritors 10 who shall inherit Paradise therein dwelling forever. 11 Indeed We created man from a chosen soil. 12 Thereafter We made him of a sperm in a receptacle safe. 13 Then We fashioned the sperm into an embryo, then fashioned the embryo into a shapeless lump of flesh; then from the lump of flesh We fashioned bones, then clothed the bones with flesh. Thus We formed him into a new creation. So blessed be God the best of Creators. 14 Then verily, thereafter, ye are sure to die. 15 then on the Day of Resurrection you shall surely be raised up. 16 We made several highways one over the other above you. We are not neglectful of creation. 17 We sent down water from the sky in due measure, and lodged it in the earth, and We are able to take it all away. 18 So with it We produced gardens of date-palms and grapes for you, in which is abundant fruit for you and you eat therefrom. 19 And a tree that grows out of Mount Sinai which produces oil and a condiment for those who eat. 20 And verily in the cattle for you is a lesson. We give you to drink of that which is in their bellies, and for you in them are advantages many, and of them ye eat. 21 And on them, and on ships you are carried. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
