It was He who produced for you hearing, eyes, and hearts, yet little is that you thank. 78 It was He who scattered you on the earth, and before Him you shall be gathered. 79 And He it is Who quickeneth and causeth to die, and His is the alternation of night and day; will ye not then reflect? 80 Nay, they say the like of what the ancients said: 81 They say: when we are dead, and have become dust and bones, shall we verily be raised up? 82 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples." 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Ask them: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, the Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: "Will you not, then, remain conscious of Him?" 87 Say: 'In whose hand is the dominion of everything, protecting and Himself unprotected, if you have knowledge?' 88 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “Then by what magic are you deceived?” 89 No, We have brought the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 God has not taken to Himself any son, nor is there any god with Him; for then each god would have taken off that he created and some of them would have risen up over others; glory to be God, beyond that they describe, 91 The knower of the absent and the present, too exalted is He for what they associate (with Him)! 92
