Say thou; my Lord! if Thou wilt shew me that wherewith they are threatened. 93 then do not include me, my Lord, among these wrong-doing people." 94 Indeed, We are able to show you that which We promised them. 95 Repel, by [means of] what is best, [their] evil. We are most knowing of what they describe. 96 And say: O my Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Shaitans; 97 And I seek refuge in Thee! O my Lord! from their presence. 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 That I may work righteously in that which I have left. By no means! It is but a word he uttereth; and before them is a barrier until the Day when they shall be raised. 100 And when the trumpet is blown there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 then those whose scales weigh heavy with good works will be successful. 102 But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally. 103 The Fire will scorch their faces and they will abide therein with their faces distorted. 104 (They will be told), "Were Our revelations not recited to you and did you not call them lies?" 105 They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame us, and we have been a people erring. 106 Our Lord, remove us from it, and if we were to return [to evil], we would indeed be wrongdoers." 107 Allah will say: "Away from Me; stay where you are and do not address Me. 108 "Indeed there was a group among My bondmen who said, 'Our Lord! We have accepted faith, therefore forgive us and have mercy on us, and You are the Best Among The Merciful.' ” 109 Then ye took them mockingly, so that they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, and at them ye were wont to laugh. 110 Today I shall recompense them for their patience, for it is they that have won. 111 He will say: How many years did you tarry in the earth? 112 They will say: We tarried a day or part of a day, but ask those who keep account. 113 He (Allah) will say: "You stayed not but a little, if you had only known! 114 Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us' 115 Then, exalted be God, the true King, there is no deity except Him, the Lord of the Glorious Throne. 116 He who crieth unto any other god along with Allah hath no proof thereof. His reckoning is only with his Lord. Lo! disbelievers will not be successful. 117 Say, "Lord, forgive us and have mercy. You are the best of those who show mercy." 118
