Say (O Muhammad SAW): " My Lord! If You would show me that with which they are threatened (torment), 93 then do not include me, my Lord, among these wrong-doing people." 94 And We are certainly able to show thee (in fulfilment) that against which they are warned. 95 Respond to the injustice (done to you) with the better deed. We know best what they attribute to God. 96 and say, "My Lord, I seek refuge with You from the prompting of the devils. 97 And I seek refuge in Thee, my Lord, lest they be present with me, 98 Until, when death cometh unto one of them, he saith: My Lord! Send me back, 99 That I may do right in that which I have left behind! But nay! It is but a word that he speaketh; and behind them is a barrier until the day when they are raised. 100 So when the Horn is blown, no relationship will there be among them that Day, nor will they ask about one another. 101 Therefore the ones whose scales prove heavy they are the successful. 102 But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally. 103 The Fire will scorch their faces and they will abide therein with their faces distorted. 104 "Are you not those to whom My revelations were recited, and you dubbed them as lies?" 105 They will say: Our Lord! Our evil fortune conquered us, and we were erring folk. 106 Our Lord! Take us out of this. Then if we revert (to evil-doing) we shall indeed be wrongdoers." 107 He (Allah) will say: "Remain you in it with ignominy! And speak you not to Me!" 108 Among My worshipers there were a party who said: "Lord, we believed. Forgive us and have mercy on us: You are the Best of the merciful." 109 But you took them for laughingstock, mocking at them, until they caused you to forget My remembrance. 110 Verily I have recompensed them today, for they bore patiently, verily they are the achievers. 111 They will be asked: "How long did you live on the earth in terms of years?" 112 They will say: we tarried a day or part of a day; ask those who keep count. 113 He will say: 'You have tarried a little, did you know? 114 What, did you think that We created you only for sport, and that you would not be returned to Us?' 115 So Exalted be Allah, the True King, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Lord of the Supreme Throne! 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 And (O Muhammad) say: My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for Thou art Best of all who show mercy. 118
God the Almighty always says the truth.
