The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim 1 These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain. 2 Perhaps you consume yourself that they are not believers. 3 Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 thus, indeed, have they given the lie (to this message as well). But [in time] they will come to understand what it was that they were wont to deride! 6 Do they not observe the earth, how much of every good kind We cause to grow therein? 7 Verily there are signs in this; yet many of them do not believe. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
