The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 A fresh remembrance has never come to them from the Merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Do they not see the earth, how We grow all kinds of noble things upon it? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 9
