The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from the sky so that their leaders would remain bowed before it. 4 But there comes not to them a newly-revealed Message from (Allah) Most Gracious, but they turn away therefrom. 5 they have indeed rejected the message. But the truth of what they laughed to scorn will dawn upon them before long. 6 Do they not see the earth, how many of every noble kind We have caused to grow in it? 7 Surely, in this there is a sign yet most of them do not believe. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
