The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the illustrious Book. 2 It may be that you will destroy yourself with grief because they will not believe. 3 If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled. 4 And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom. 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Observe they not the earth, how much We make to grow therein of every fruitful kind? 7 Most surely there is a sign in that, but most of them will not believe. 8 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
