۞ By inspiration we told Moses: "Travel by night with my servants; for surely ye shall be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 And treasures and a station noble. 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
