۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then Fir'awn sent unto the cities callers: 53 [bidding them to call out his troops and to proclaim:] "Behold, these [children of Israel] are but a contemptible band; 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
