۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
