۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
