۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 and so we have [rightly] driven them out of [their] gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68
