Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 So fear Allah and obey me' 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 My Lord alone can bring them to account, if only you could understand, 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 I am none but a plain warner." 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
