Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 when their brother Noah said to them, 'Will you not be godfearing? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in you, when the meanest (of the people) follow you?" 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if you could (but) know. 113 I would not drive away the believers; 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 So We delivered him, and those with him, in the laden ship, 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122
