The people of Noah accused the apostles of lies. 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 I ask no payment from you for my preaching. The Lord of the Universe will give me my reward. 109 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 Noah said: "What knowledge do I have about their deeds? 112 Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. 113 I do not drive away the believers. 114 I am none but a plain warner." 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 Then Noah said, "Lord, my people have rejected me. 117 "Judge Thou, then, between me and them openly, and deliver me and those of the Believers who are with me." 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 and then We caused those who stayed behind to drown. 120 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
