The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 So fear Allah and obey me' 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we place our faith in thee, even though [only] the most abject [of people] follow thee?" 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 Their account falls only upon my Lord, were you but aware. 113 And I am not going to drive away the believers; 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said: "My Lord! My people have branded me a liar. 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 In this [story,] behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 121 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 122
