The unbelievers say, 'What, when we are dust, and our fathers, shall we indeed be brought forth? 67 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before. This is not but legends of the former peoples." 68 Say, "Travel through the land and see how terrible was the end of the criminal ones". 69 And grieve thou not over them nor be straitened because of that which they plot. 70 And [when] they ask, "When is this promise [of resurrection] to be fulfilled? [Answer this, O you who believe in it,] if you are men of truth!" 71 Say, “It could be that a part of what you are impatient for is (already) after you.” 72 And surely your Lord is the Lord of grace to men, but most of them are not grateful. 73 But, verily, thy Sustainer knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they bring into the open: 74 And there is nothing concealed in the heaven and the earth but it is in a clear book. 75 Indeed, this Qur'an relates to the Children of Israel most of that over which they disagree. 76 And indeed it is a guidance and a mercy for the Muslims. 77 Verily, your Lord will decide between them (various sects) by His Judgement. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; you are indeed upon the clear Truth. 79 You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear your call, when they turn their backs on it, 80 You cannot guide the straying blind ones. You can only make hear those who believe in Our revelations submissively. 81 ۞ When the word about them comes true We shall make a creature appear to them on earth who will tell them that people had no faith in Our revelations. 82
