Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 None will have power to intercede for them except one who obtains a promise from Ar-Rahman. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! 89 This would almost cause the heavens to rent apart, the earth to cleave asunder and the mountains to crumble down in fragments, 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Surely those who believe and do deeds of righteousness -- unto them the All-merciful shall assign love. 96 (Muhammad), We have given you the Book (the Quran) in your own language so that you could easily give the glad news to the pious ones and warn the quarrelsome ones. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
