Say: "God is sufficient as witness between me and you." He knows what is in the heavens and the earth. It is those who believe in falsehood and disbelieve in God who will perish. 52 And they urge you to hasten the punishment; and if a time had not been fixed, the punishment would have certainly come upon them; and it will indeed come upon them suddenly whilst they are unaware. 53 They want you to hasten the punishment: Hell will indeed surround the unbelievers. 54 The day when the punishment will envelop them from above them and from below their feet, and He will say, “Taste the flavour of your deeds!” 55 O My bondmen who believe! Indeed My earth is spacious therefore worship Me alone. 56 Every soul must taste of death, then to Us you shall be brought back. 57 We shall admit those who believe and do the right to empyreal gardens with rivers rippling by, where they will abide for ever. How excellent the guerdon of those who toil, 58 Who persevere and place their trust in their Lord. 59 And how many an animal there is that beareth not its own provision! Allah provideth for it and for you. He is the Hearer, the Knower. 60 And if you ask them, Who created the heavens and the earth and made the sun and the moon subservient, they will certainly say, Allah. Whence are they then turned away? 61 God increases the sustenance of whichever of His servants He wants and He determines their share. God has the knowledge of all things. 62 If thou askest them, 'Who sends down out of heaven water, and therewith revives the earth after it is dead?' they will say, 'God.' Say: 'Praise belongs to God.' Nay, but most of them have no understanding. 63

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
