(O Prophet), say to those who associate others with Allah in His Divinity: “Call upon those whom you fancied to be deities beside Allah. They own not even the smallest particle, neither in the heavens nor on the earth; nor do they have any share in the ownership of either of them. Nor is any of them even a helper of Allah. 22 Intercession with Him will not help, except for him to whom He gives permission. When terror is lifted from their hearts, they shall say: 'What did your Lord say' 'The truth' they shall answer. 'He is the Most High, the Great' 23 ۞ Say: "Who is it that provides for you sustenance out of the heavens and the earth?" Say: "It is God. And behold, either we [who believe in Him] or you [who deny His oneness] are on the right path, or have clearly gone astray!" 24 Say thou: ye will not be questioned about that which we have committed, nor shall we be questioned about that which ye work. 25 Say: "Our Lord will gather us together and judge between us equitably, for He is the Judge all-knowing." 26 Say: "Show me those whom ye have joined with Him as partners: by no means (can ye). Nay, He is Allah, the Exalted in Power, the Wise." 27 And We have not sent you but to all the men as a bearer of good news and as a warner, but most men do not know. 28 And they say: when is this promise to be fulfilled if ye say sooth? 29 Say: "There has been appointed for you a Day, which you can neither delay nor advance by a single moment." 30
