۞ Say: "I urge upon you only one thing: Stand up for God two by two or one by one, and think and reflect!" There is no madness about your companion. He is a warner against the dreadful affliction (that awaits). 46 Say: "No reward have I ever asked of you [out of anything] that is yours: my reward rests with none but God, and He is witness unto everything!" 47 Say: 'My Lord hurls the truth -- the Knower of the Unseen.' 48 Say: "The Truth has arrived, and Falsehood neither creates anything new, nor restores anything." 49 Say: 'If I go astray, I go astray only to my own loss; if I am guided, it is by what my Lord reveals to me. He is All-hearing, Ever-nigh.' 50 IF THOU couldst but see [how the deniers of the truth will fare on Resurrection Day,] when they will shrink in terror, with nowhere to escape - since they will have been seized from so close nearby 51 They will say: "We believe in it." How could they reach it from a place of no return? 52 Whereas they disbelieved therein afore, and conjectured about the unseen from a place so afar. 53 A barrier shall be raised between them and what they desired, as was done with their partisans before.
