Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Ya Sin. 1 By the Qur'an, full of Wisdom,- 2 thou art truly among the Envoys 3 upon a Straight Path. 4 It is a Revelation sent down by (Him), the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 5 that thou mayest warn a people whose fathers were never warned, so they are heedless. 6 Already hath the judgment, (for their infidelity) proved true of most of them, for they believe not. 7 Verily We have placed on their necks shackles which are up to the chins; so that their heads are forced up. 8 And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see. 9 And it is alike unto them, whether thou warnest them or warnest them not; they shall not believe. 10 You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward. 11 It is We indeed who bring back the dead to life, and write down what they send ahead (of their deeds), and traces that they leave behind. We keep an account of all things in a lucid register. 12
