The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By those who set the ranks in battle order 1 And those who drive [the clouds] 2 By the angels reciting the praise. 3 Verily your God is One, 4 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, and Lord of the easts. 5 We have adorned the lower heaven with the adornment of the stars 6 And to protect it from every rebellious devil. 7 so they cannot listen to the High Assembly, for they are pelted from every side. 8 and are repelled. Theirs is an unceasing chastisement. 9 Except those who eavesdrop and are pursued by a shooting flame. 10 So ask them, are they stronger in constitution, or those whom We have created. We have created them of sticky clay. 11 Nay, but whereas thou dost marvel, they [only] scoff; 12 And when they are reminded, they mind not, 13 When they see a sign, they laugh at it, 14 And say, "This is not but obvious magic. 15 When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 16 “And also our forefathers?” 17 Say: Aye! and you shall be abject. 18 There will only be a single jerk, and they will gape, 19 They will say: "Woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense!" 20 'This is the Day of Decision, even that you cried lies to. 21
