We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 Or at night. Then how is it you do not understand? 138
