We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
