Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 It is he who pushes the orphan away, 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
