Hizb 46

And Yunus was most surely of the apostles. 139 [Mention] when he ran away to the laden ship. 140 Then he joined the lots, and was of the condemned. 141 then the whale swallowed him down, and he blameworthy. 142 And were he not one of those who praise. 143 He would have tarried in its belly till the day when they are raised; 144 ۞ So We cast him, sick, on a barren shore, 145 And We caused to grow over him a gourd vine. 146 and We sent him forth to a nation of a hundred thousand or more, 147 And they believed, so We gave them provision till a time. 148 Now ask them whether your Lord has daughters, whereas they have sons. 149 Did We create the angels as females the while they witnessed?” 150 Then is it of their lying that they say: 151 "God has begotten (children)?" They are liars indeed! 152 Has He chosen daughters above sons? 153 What is [wrong] with you? How do you make judgement? 154 “So do you not ponder?” 155 Or have you a clear authority? 156 Then bring your scripture, if what you say is true. 157 They have set up a kinship between Him and the jinn; and the jinn know that they shall be arraigned. 158 Glorified is Allah! (He is Free) from what they attribute unto Him! 159 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 160 But as for you, and that you serve, 161 Can tempt anyone to rebel against Him. 162 Save him who is to burn in hell. 163 [All forces of nature praise God and say:] "Among us, too, there is none but has a place assigned to it [by Him]; 164 we are those who stand ranged in ranks. 165 and we glorify God". 166 And there were those who said, 167 "If only we had a tradition [to this effect] from our forebears, 168 “We would certainly be the chosen bondmen of Allah.” 169 but they have rejected it, [the Quran] and they shall soon learn! 170 for, long ago has Our word gone forth unto Our servants, the message-bearers, 171 that they shall certainly be succoured, 172 and Our host -- they are the victors. 173 So turn thou away from them for a little while, 174 And watch them (how they fare), and they soon shall see (how thou farest)! 175 What, do they seek to hasten Our chastisement? 176 When it comes down on their plains, it will be an evil dawn for those who had been warned. 177 So turn thou from them for a while, 178 And watch, for they will soon see. 179 Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Honor, above what they describe. 180 and peace be upon the Messengers, 181 It is only God, the Lord of the Universe, who deserves all praise. 182
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat). Sent down in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)

Read the entire Holy Quran in full color, where pages randomly generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice.
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
