Say: I am only a warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer (of all): 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, the Mighty, the Forgiver. 66 Say: “This is a tiding of tremendous import 67 From which you turn away. 68 (Tell them): “I had no knowledge of the High Council when they were disputing. 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 [For,] lo, thy Sustainer said unto the angels: "Behold, I am about to create a human being out of clay; 71 Then when I have formed him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down before him prostrate. 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the high exalted?" 75 Answered [Iblis]: "I am better than he: Thou hast created me out of fire, whereas him Thou hast created out of clay." 76 [Allah] said, "Then get out of Paradise, for indeed, you are expelled. 77 and My curse shall remain upon you till the Day of Resurrection.” 78 He said, “My Lord! Therefore give me respite till the day when all will be raised.” 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 “Until the time of the known day.” 81 He said: Then by Thy Might I will surely make them live an evil life, all, 82 except for those among them who are Your chosen servants." 83 Said He, 'This is the truth, and the truth I say; 84 I shall assuredly fill Gehenna with thee, and with whosoever of them follows thee, all together.' 85 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for this, and I am no simulating. 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 And ye will come in time to know the truth thereof. 88
