We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof). 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 Flee, therefore, to Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him; 50 And set not up with God another god; I am a clear warner from Him to you. 51 In the same way no Messenger came to those who lived before them without his people calling him a magician or an insane person. 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 And verily, they who are bent on doing evil shall have their share [of evil] like unto the share of their fellows [of old]: so let them not ask Me to hasten [their doom]! 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
