Have you seen the one who turned away 33 And gave a little, then was grudging? 34 Has he the knowledge of the unseen so that he can see? 35 Has he not been made acquainted with what was written in the scriptures of Moses? 36 And of Ibrahim who faithfully fulfilled? 37 Namely, that no bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another; 38 That man can have nothing but what he strives for; 39 That (the fruit of) his striving will soon come in sight: 40 Then he will be fully repaid for it? 41 And that to your Lord is the goal- 42 And that He it is who maketh laugh, and maketh weep, 43 And that He it is Who causes death and gives life- 44 And that He (Allah) creates the pairs, male and female, 45 From a seed when lodged (in its place); 46 And that upon Him is another bringing forth. 47 And that it is He who enriches and suffices 48 And that it is He who is the Lord of Sirius 49 And that He destroyed the first [people of] 'Aad 50 And Thamud, and did not leave them, 51 And the folk of Noah aforetime, Lo! they were more unjust and more rebellious; 52 And the subverted cities He overthrew. 53 So they were covered with whatever covered them? 54 On which then of your Lord's signs do you cast doubt? 55 This (Muhammad SAW) is a warner (Messenger) of the (series of) warners (Messengers) of old. 56 The near event draws nigh. 57 None beside Allah can disclose it. 58 Do ye then wonder at this recital? 59 Or do you laugh, and do you not weep 60 And ye are behaving proudly. 61 So prostrate yourselves before Allah and worship. ۩ 62
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
