The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)
78 verses, revealed in Medina after Thunder (Al-Ra'ad) before The Human (Al-Insan)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ The Merciful One 1 Hath made known the Qur'an. 2 Has created Prophet Mohammed (peace and blessings be upon him) as the soul of mankind. 3 and has taught him intelligible speech. 4 The sun and the moon move according to a fixed reckoning; 5 And the herbs and the trees do prostrate (to Him). 6 And the Firmament has He raised high, and He has set up the Balance (of Justice), 7 (Transgress not in the Balance, 8 Always measure with justice and do not give short measure. 9 He spread out the earth for the people. 10 There exists all kinds of fruits, palm-trees with sheathed blossoms, 11 Grain with husk, and fragrant grasses. 12 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you deny? 13 He has created man out of sounding clay, like pottery, 14 whereas the invisible beings He has created out of a confusing flame of fire. 15 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 16 (He is) Lord of the two Easts and Lord of the two Wests: 17 Which of the powers of your Lord will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 18 He has let free the two bodies of flowing water, meeting together: 19 There is a barrier between them. They encroach not (one upon the other). 20 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 21 Pearls and corals come from both. 22 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 23 His are the high-sailed vessels in deep ocean like the mountains. 24 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 25

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
