For everything on the earth is extinction. 26 Only the Supreme Essence of your Glorious and Gracious Lord will remain forever. 27 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 28 All those there are in the heavens and the earth turn to Him with solicitation, intent on His purpose all the time. 29 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 30 Anon We shall direct Ourselves to you, O ye two classes. 31 (We shall then see), which of the favours of your Lord will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 34 Against you shall be loosed a flame of fire, and molten brass; and you shall not be helped. 35 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 36 And when the heaven is rent asunder, and then becomes red like red hide. 37 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 38 on that day none shall be questioned about his sin, neither man nor jinn. 39 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 40 The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 42 This is Gehenna (Hell) which the sinners belied, 43 they shall go round between it, and between a hot, boiling water. 44 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 45
