All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: 26 Yet the Face of your Lord will abide forever, Majestic and Splendid. 27 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 28 All in the heavens and the earth entreat Him for their needs; a new, mighty task engages Him each day. 29 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 30 Anon We shall direct Ourselves to you, O ye two classes. 31 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 32 O assembly of jinns and men! If you have power to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allah)! 33 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 34 A flash of fire will be let loose upon you, and smoke, and you will be left without succour! 35 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 36 And when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil - 37 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 38 Neither man nor jinn will be questioned on that day about his sin. 39 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 40 The sinners shall be known by their mark, they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 42 This is Gehenna (Hell) which the sinners belied, 43 they shall go round between it and between hot, boiling water. 44 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 45
