۞ No! I swear by the positions of the stars – 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 And you are at that time looking on - 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 Then there is safety and peace (from the Punishment of Allah) for (you as you are from) those on the Right Hand. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 he will be welcomed with boiling water. 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
