۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 that this indeed is a noble Qur'an, 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 no one can touch it except the purified ones. 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 and you are watching at that time 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 Bring it back, if you should be truthful? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he is one of the People on the Right, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 He shall have an entertainment of boiling water, 93 and the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96
