۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 (This Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Would you say that this statement is a lie? 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 And roasting at hell-fire. 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
