Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 and what you do not see 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 Nor is it the speech of a sooth-sayer. Little are ye admonished. 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 and cut-off his main artery. 46 And not one of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
