Nooh 2 of 2
Noah said: My Lord! Lo! they have disobeyed me and followed one whose wealth and children increase him in naught save ruin; 21 "And they have devised a tremendous Plot. 22 And said: 'Do not abandon your gods, and do not abandon Wadda or Suwa', or Yaghuth, Ya'uq or Nasr.' 23 And already they have misled many. And, [my Lord], do not increase the wrongdoers except in error." 24 And because of their transgressions they were drowned, and admitted into a Fire, for they found not, apart from God, any to help them. 25 And Noah prayed: "O my Sustainer! Leave not on earth any of those who deny the truth: 26 If you leave them, they will lead Your creatures astray, and beget but iniquitous and ungrateful offspring. 27 My Lord, forgive me and my parents, and whoever enters my house as a believer, and forgive all believers, both men and women, and do not increase the wrong-doers in anything except perdition.” 28
God the Almighty always says the truth.
