No, by the moon! 32 Consider the night when it departs, 33 and the dawn when it is white, 34 This is but one of the mighty (portents), 35 A warning to mankind, 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Every soul is pledged to what it does, 38 except those of the right hand 39 In Gardens, they seek answers, 40 From the guilty. 41 "What has caused you to enter Hell?" 42 They will say: "We were not of those who prayed; 43 "Nor we used to feed Al-Miskin (the poor); 44 we indulged in vain arguments along with those who indulged in them; 45 And rejected the Day of Judgement as a lie 46 "Until there came to us (the death) that is certain." 47 The intercession of their intercessors shall not benefit them. 48 Why now turn they away from the Admonishment, 49 As if they were asses taking fright 50 Fleeing from a lion! 51 No indeed; each one of them desires that open letters be sent to each of them. 52 Nay! But they fear not the Hereafter (from Allah's punishment). 53 Nay, verily. Lo! this is an Admonishment. 54 So whoever wills may heed advice from it. 55 And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. 56
