(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see - 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 But how are you to know? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
